Our North American warranty program covers 12 Months or 20,000 km’s – whichever occurs first, on most services and repairs.
If you are less than 40 km away from the original OK Tire location, you must contact the location where the warranted service was performed and present your copy of the repair order.
If your vehicle is inoperable, and you are more than 40 km away from the original facility (travelling within Canada or the United States), you may be eligible for certain towing and/or rental car benefits.
