Digital Specialist

Responsible for supporting the National Manager as well as the Regional Coordinators and the Graphic Designer with a combination of creative and administrative tasks relating to the Advertising department. Focus will be to help coordinate the website and other online marketing projects. 

South Surrey, BC

Key responsibilities include:

Website Maintenance:

  • Follow up daily on website content, functionality, contests and updates
  • Experience with Google Analytics, own, maintain and communicate site analytics and metrics
  • Send dealer services files to our web developer weekly
  • Update website as per dealer and marketing team requests daily
  • Data management updates in our online dashboards
  • Manage job posts on the website

Digital Strategy:

  • Work closely and coordinate with our agencies to ensure current campaigns and strategies are well deployed and executed
  • Online review response management; responding to all positive reviews, and flagging negatives for follow up
  • Monthly product description updates
  • Consistent monitoring of store level data to assist with creating the most effective digital strategy
  • Background in email marketing with programs such as mailchimp an asset

Internal Communication:

  • Post bulletins to help communicate messages to all staff and dealers
  • Creative brainstorming with marketing team to contribute valuable ideas to current campaigns

Additional Functions:

  • Help coordinate dealer mail outs that relate to the Advertising department
  • Monitor inventory levels of our online ordering program
  • New location retail technology package coordination (order/ship)
  • Assist the Marketing Support Specialist with coop tracking and submissions

 Qualifications

  • Attention to detail, strong analytical and reconciliation skills
  • Ability to work independently, and to properly prioritize competing tasks while meeting strict deadlines
  • Professional, multi-tasking, team player
  • Excellent English written and verbal communication skills, ability to communicate confidently to all levels including internal and external customers
  • Verbal and written fluency in French is an asset
