In store Pick-Up

Yes, you can send someone else to pick-up your order. Upon pick-up they must provide a government issued photo ID & have a copy of the invoice with them.

Your order will be processed and ready for shipping on the next business day. You will receive an email notification when your order is ready for pick-up at the store.

OK Tire will contact you via email, or by phone if we require more details.

When your order is ready for pick-up you will receive an email notification.

Yes, you will be asked to present 1 piece of government issued photo ID at pickup.

Your order will be kept at your selected location for 5 days after it is received. After five business days, if you have not picked up your order, and we cannot contact you, your order may be returned to the fulfillment center and you will be credited back the amount of your purchase.
