Google Analytics Report – Goal Details (National and Regional)

The category of metrics presented are the same across the National and Regional monthly reports, and only display the top 10 stores and actions. However, the Regional report has been segmented to contain the stores in your region only.
The data presented is specific to users who visited oktire.com and who have contacted the stores directly through one of the submission forms or telephone/text links, and top actions taken across the site (such as clicking on a rebate, visiting a store page, and outbound links). The data is based on users that have selected a location as their store, have contacted the store directly or have been identified by the Auto Detect store locator.
Important note: should a user override the automatic detection locations feature by choosing a different store, it’s then the last setting that would be accounted for. This is the closest indication of traffic that was generated in your area and relevant to the store.
Please find below a quick summary of each metric.

  • Top Lead Forms Submitted By Store: The unique number of times (max of 1 per user per session) that total lead forms were submitted within the date range. Forms identified in this metric includes Tire/Wheel Quote, Email, and Schedule Appointment.
  • Tire/Wheel Quote Forms Submitted By Store: The unique number of times (max of 1 per user per session) that a tire or wheel quote was submitted within the date range.
    • The count may not match exactly to the number of quotes received in the stores email as Google Analytics cannot track users who don’t have JavaScript enabled; users navigating away from a page before tracking codes can execute; or finally, Google Analytics only tracks 1 Goal completion per Goal Type for each user’s session, therefore if a user submits 5 unique quote requests during a single session, Google Analytics will only record it as 1.
  • Schedule Appointment Forms Submitted By Store: The unique number of times (max of 1 per user per session) that a lead was sent through the Book an Appointment form within the date range.
  • Email Forms Submitted By Store: The unique number of times (max of 1 per user per session) that a lead was sent through the Send an Email form within the date range.
  • Top Telephone Link Clicks: The unique number of times (max of 1 per user per session) the store telephone link was clicked within the date range.
  • Top SMS Link Clicks: The unique number of times (max of 1 per user per session) the store text link was clicked within the date range.
  • Top Outbound Link Clicks: The top stores with the total times VS unique number of times an outbound link was clicked within the date range.
  • Top Downloads: The top stores with the total times VS unique number of times a PDF (usually a rebate) was clicked within the date range.
  • Set My Store Events: The total times VS unique number of times where a specific store was manually set as a user’s location within the date range.
  • Site Visitors By Store Selection: The total sessions and users of the top 10 stores within the date range. See below for further definitions:
    • Sessions: the number of individual sessions initiated by all the users to your site
      • Users that leave your site and return within 30 minutes are counted as part of the original session
      • The number of sessions is always the same or greater than the number of users
    • Users: unique visitors to the website within one session
      • eg. A user can click on a page, submit a form, and download a rebate within 30 minutes, and this counts as one session. If they return to the website again later in the day, that counts as another session, but the same user
  • “My List” Unique Pageviews per Store: The unique number of times where the user proceeded to the “My List” online quote page within the date range.
  • Top Store Pages by Pageviews and Unique Pageviews: The number of times a store page was viewed within the date range. See below for further definitions:
    • Pageviews: a view of a page on the website
      • If a user clicks reload after reaching the page, this is counted as an additional pageview
      • If a user navigates to a different page and then returns to the original page, a second pageview is recorded as well
      • The number of pageviews is always the same or greater than the number of unique pageviews
    • Unique Pageviews: aggregated pageviews that are generated by the same user during the same session
      • represents the number of sessions during which that page was viewed on or more times
