- Postal code: to personalize serach
- Addresses
- Payment information
This information is collected through our website and online merchant gateway, Stripe.
We collect personal information via forms on site to better serve the customers and provide tailored services. With these, we can identify the customer’s name, destination of purchased products and the means of payment.
During interaction with our customer representatives, PII may be collected to provide adequate service to the customers. This information allows the customer representative to gain access to the information to verify the caller and the request.
For us to carry out our services, the personal information we collect, may be collected, used, disclosed, stored or processed on servers located elsewhere than Quebec or another Canadian province. Please note that the privacy laws in such jurisdictions may differ from Quebec and Canada privacy laws.

- Access controls: only approved and appointed members are given access to datastore with PII
- Secure online processing through Stripe, our online merchant processor.

- OK Tires provide individuals the ability to have to access, to rectify, and/or to delete their personal information.
- To exercise their rights, individuals must contact in writing the Data Protection Officer using the details provided above.
- We will verify the identity of the requester and respond within 30 days.
11. How long do we keep your information for and how we dispose of it
- Personal information is retained only for as long as is necessary for the purposes set out in this Privacy Policy, or in accordance with applicable legislation.
- Secure disposal methods, such as shredding physical documents and securely deleting electronic records, are used for information that is no longer needed.
