All orders are shipped free of charge, except for certain areas. If fees may apply, final cost will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

Yes, the billing and shipping address can be different. To avoid delays in the ordering process, remember to check that your billing address matches the billing address of the credit card you are using.

NO, we will not ship to P.O. boxes.

When an order is being sent anywhere other than an OK Tire store, it will be sent by Loomis Express. If Loomis Express cannot deliver on the first attempt, they will automatically attempt to redeliver on the second business day at no additional charge. A redelivery surcharge is applied to you after 2 unsuccessful delivery attempts and a 3rd delivery attempt is made. A surcharge of $10.00 per shipment will apply.

In-store pick-up is available at any OK Tire location as an option if you do not want to ship to your home. If you are shipping to any address other than one of our store locations, Loomis will be the carrier used to deliver your order.

In most cases, orders will be shipped on the next business day. Shipping delivery times vary based on delivery address.

If your order is being shipped to your home, you will receive an email with the tracking number of your shipment. The tracking number can be used on the carrier’s website to track your order. If your order is being shipped to one of our OK Tire locations, you will receive an email notification once the order has been shipped, and another email notification once the order has been delivered to the store and is ready for pick-up.
